Every time a new listing comes on the market, it will be emailed to you before it hits Realtor.ca.
Choose one or more types of property but choose your parameters carefully as the system will not send you information outside of what you choose. for example if you say you are looking from $200,000-$250,000, the system will not notify you about listings over $250,000
Please note that you are under no obligation, once we receive your request we will contact you to review your parameters and then email you your private access to all the MLS® information.

Please note: Our database allows only one property search to be selected for the purposes of your search. If you wish to search multiple property searches, for example you are searching for a home with a suite up to a certain price OR a home without a suite for a lower maximum, please return and submit new searches with the alternate property search, OR make note in the comments section of your search if all other search parameters remain the same.
